Shipping Information
Processing Time: We’ll get your order ready to ride in 1-2 business days after payment clears.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
- Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)
Note: Delivery times may vary for our international partners outside the U.S. (excluding certain Asian and remote regions).
Our Straight-Shootin’ Returns Policy
If your Men’s Country Shirts don’t fit right or those Hiking Boots aren’t what you expected, we’ll make it right quicker than a cowboy can rope a calf. Here’s how our returns work:
Return Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Return Requirements
All items must be:
- In original, unworn condition (tags still attached for apparel)
- In original packaging (especially important for our Footwear collection)
- Accompanied by your original receipt or order number
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and practical reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Exotic Boots (if worn or tried on)
- Any Footwear without original packaging
- Personalized or custom-ordered items

Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Pack items securely in original packaging and ship to:

We’ll process your request within 3 business days of receiving your return:
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) within 5-10 business days
- Exchanges: Shipped via your original shipping method (free exchanges for sizing issues)
